Othemo is a UK-based D2C brand behind the "#1 LED headlamp in the world" — a 230° rechargeable headlamp built for runners, cyclists, hikers, tradespeople, and anyone who needs hands-free lighting. It's a single-hero-product brand with a sharp positioning: one product, done better than everyone else. 325+ Trustpilot reviews, sold across their own site, eBay, and retail partners.

The Challenge

Single-product brands have a unique creative problem: how do you produce 80 ad creatives a month for the same product without everything looking identical? The product doesn't change. But the audiences do — runners have different motivations than cyclists, tradespeople care about different features than gift buyers, and every one of those segments needs hooks that speak directly to them.

Othemo's media buyer needed a creative team that could generate real variety from a single product — different audiences, different angles, different hooks — at a volume high enough to run structured creative tests across all of them. And they needed someone who could own the entire creative process, not just execute on briefs.

For a single-product brand, creative variety comes from angle diversity, not product diversity.
